Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering and 15 years of related experience with proven aviation experience in one or more related domains such at Aviation Safety or Flight Operations.
  • Ability to operate effectively at high levels within sponsors' and potential sponsors' organizations, recognizing and following through on opportunities in new areas and/or with new sponsors.
  • Significant leadership experience at a senior level with a proven track record of increasing value and impact.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted sponsor relationships
  • Proven track record of building effective internal and external partnerships to increase MITRE’s value and impact.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of technical, management and business development skills
  • Thoroughly understanding of autonomous technology
  • Relationships with related industries for partnering and information sharing
  • Advanced degree in a related discipline
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines, Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering and 15 years of related experience. The candidate will possess Leads definition of work program for major customer base. Recognized and sought out by MITRE, customers, and the profession for expertise.
