Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate strong technical signal processing and communications skills within one or more of the following domains: digital signal processing (DSP), detection and estimation, information theory, waveform design, stochastic processes, linear algebra, state-space modeling and linear systems theory, modulation theory, error control coding, propagation, channel equalization, interference cancellation, algorithm development, receiver design, system performance analysis, advanced wireless protocols, satellite communications (SATCOM), and electronic warfare (EW). Attractive skills include expertise with simulation and analysis software tools such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C++; technical leadership; and innovation in developing technical solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, as well as the ability to build collaborative and mutually beneficial working relationships with people of different backgrounds, are essential. Successful candidates should be ready to build on their existing skills and develop into technical leaders.


Preferred Education:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, mathematics, physics or related discipline with (0-10) years of experience.
Minimum requirement: BS or BA in electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or related discipline.
