Join MITRE’s Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) department within Integrated Business Operations as a Business Intelligence Developer. Apply next generation technical solutions to complex business challenges. 

We are seeking a professional who possesses the interest and ability in the design and implementation of enterprise Business Intelligence solutions. This candidate will assess business requirements, develop reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues and develop technical solutions to address key information needs of our organization.  This position will:

  • Work closely with functional and technical organizations; gather, interpret and translate requirements and develop the end product.
  • Understand the business and systems process behind the product requests. 
  • Understand the database structure and data to deliver products.
  • Become the subject matter expert in both BI tools and data delivery.
  • Develop reports, dashboards and other products
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and make process improvements
  • Manage user expectations

Required Skills:
Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency in Cognos Analytics (Reporting, Dashboards, Analysis Studio, Event Studio, CAFE)
  • Exposure to Planning Analytics/TM1 a plus.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse and OLAP principles.
Working knowledge of financial concepts and principles.  Oracle Financials experience a plus.
